Catherine focuses her practice on insolvency law. She has significant experience with foreclosures, having spent the beginning of her career in a high-volume mortgage and loan enforcement practice. She regularly represents institutional and private lenders, as well as other stakeholders in a range of matters, including foreclosure proceedings, security enforcement and receiverships. Catherine is based in Vancouver but advises clients throughout British Columbia.
Outside of her legal practice, Catherine enjoys making the most of Vancouver’s natural surroundings. In her spare time, she can often be found snowboarding, hiking, and exploring the many outdoor activities the region has to offer.
Catherine is based in the lower mainland.
